i liked the helpful and friendly staff, including reception and restaurant staff. there was a fresh and young vibe. the room had an interesting design, and the bed provided comfort. the parking service was very helpful. i found the staff took great care of me.
i had a small issue regarding the availability of restaurants at the desired hour. some restaurants closed between 4-7 pm and that complicated my meal times

the cozy king room included a comfortable king-size bed and modern furnishings. there was a large window, and it let in plenty of natural light. the bathroom featured premium toiletries and fluffy towels.

the hotel includes a well-equipped gym with treadmills and weights. the pool area has many loungers and a bar. there are multiple restaurants and bars inside the building. it had good proximity to the beach.

the staff addressed requests promptly and efficiently; they all communicated well. concierge services were available 24/7 and they provided helpful information. room service delivered orders quickly. the parking service was good.

The location overlooking the ocean is very nice.
I found our rooms to be outdated and tacky. The drain in the shower and sink would not drain, and staff didn't fix it. The glass door to the bathroom scraped on the tile floor. Closing it was impossible.

the room was spacious enough.
check-in was not smooth. the receptionist just vanished when it was my turn. i had to get help from the elite staff and javier, but it was still an inconvenience. i found it weird the concierges were just standing around while guests were waiting.

the fabulous sky room provided an lovely experience. i could admire both the sunrise and sunset from the room which gave a amazing panorama. i found fresh strawberries with chocolate upon arrival, it was a romantic detail.
the check-in process took longer than expected. i waited in line at the reception for a short period.

I enjoyed my stay. the breakfast has a wonderful selection. the staff in the breakfast area was very attentive, it made the mornings more enjoyable. my room was very comfortable with a beautiful view. the housekeeping came everyday. They ensured the room was fresh.
the location it is not perfect. a taxi must be taken everywhere.
